Brian Bisky

Brian has been an educator in the Atlanta area for the past 20 years, both at Musicology Newnan and in Cobb County.  He teaches guitar, bass, piano, and drums to students of all ages.

As an educator, his philosophy is centered on ensuring students have fun and make tangible progress in each lesson, using familiar songs to introduce music theory and instrument technique. Brian is a patient teacher who adapts to each student's individual talents and abilities.

Holding a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Brian also possesses five years of direct teaching experience with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing adaptive techniques for musical instruction.

Brian performs and records with many Atlanta-based bands, including Michelle Malone and John Driskell Hopkins.  He is a voting member of the Atlanta chapter of the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs). He enjoys spending time in the vibrant, eclectic, and immensely talented local music scene here in Atlanta, GA.
